What is the likelihood of Male Dovii's getting over 20"? (In captivity)
And how long will that take?

I had a male that hit about 20 inches. He died at 4 years old and was still growing slowly at the time of his death.

How long did you have that 20 inch fish, you had bought him at that size, right?

My big male is a little over 14 inches, I will have him a year in April, I got him at about 3 inches from Fishfarm.

from 3 to 14 inches in less then a year? wow, what were you feeding it? im looking for those kind of growth rates, i just got one of these awesome creatures and am interested and anxious on its growth

his growth has slowed in the last month or so, he is a big bodied fish as well, not your sleek little dovis you see, he is a tank.
