Is there any dovii hybrids that don't grow as big as dovii but sill have dovii characteristics? Watching videos on dovii I just really appreciate them but have no room for a tank large enough to keep one. Just wondering if there might be some form of dovii I could offer a proper home for.

"Grammodes" their called "Mini Dovii" they don't get as large but are highly aggressive, I myself never owned one so can't speak from experience

I've been reading about them. Lots of people seem to say they are shy and hide a lot. They look pretty nice tho.

75-125 gallon I can fit into my basement anything else I would have to build down there

You can do motaguense or grammodes. Either would be a good fit. Grammodes are on the shy side until they get larger

Jeff with tangledupincichlids.com and cichlids of the americas are 2 that come to mind. You can always check the buy / sell section on here. Depending on where you're located I see quite a few on there
