what is the mating behavior of dovii, mine are doing some weird **** like circleing each other and the male looks like he's quiveringaround the other
is this a mating ritual

That is part of it. They will show some nice breeding colors and start digging the gravel. The female will also quiver back at him.

Head shaking, digging and unusual movements all sound like mating ritual to me.
