At what size did your Dovii start to get their color? When did the their color really become prominent?

My male and female were the same size until about 4-5",at that point my male really started coloring up and getting his masculine features.Now he's about 11.5-12" and she's about 8".Here's a pic from a few months back.Also,she bit me a few days ago and I was bleeding pretty bad,Doviis are crazy!...

From a fry I have noticed the color to start showing at about 2-3 inches. It really seems to pop at about 4-6 inches and gets better as they grow.
