This pair took 8 months to spawn but it finally happened. Male about 9 to 10 female about 6 to 7 in.

Thanks! They will be going in a 240g soon. once he hit about 8 inch he started to grow up and down instead of front and back lol, the CR dovii really have a diff body shape.

anyone know if the costa rican dovii mature out at shorter lengths?

I think you might be right, I think nics will get bigger then the costa ricans. Not sure though
