I picked up a pair of Dovii today, the female is beautiful and seems to be healthy. The male however looks good except his tail fin is in pretty bad condition. It looks like it was chewed up or maybe fin rotting. It seems to be going up to his body at the end of the fin. What can I do to help of heal aside from clean water. I have them in my pond about 1000 gallons. The male is about 11/12 inches, female about 8. I will try to get a pic as soon as possible.

if his tail is shredded I would just keep the water super clean, maybe add some salt and lots of worms !! he will be back to shape in no time.
