hi there i would really appreciate if some could tell me if my dovii is male of female for for sure its is around 6 inch and has spots all over it with blue in its fins which you cant really see in the pic thanks

if its not dovii im very annoyed, jags are very cheap were im from,dovii are around 4 times the price
i bought them from a shop as dovii should they now since they sent me the wrong fish give me some dovii for free in your opinion

Just be kind, understanding, and professional when you call and chances are they will help you out to continue having your business. Im sure you will have to return the Jag though.

Looks like you got jipped thats definately a female Jaguar if you want a Dovii I'd try one of the online vendors like Cichlid Connection. That way you get exactly what you want.
thanks for all that ill ring the store tommorow and see what they have to say, if they wont play ball ill get one or two off cichlid connection and never use that store again,dont get me wrong i love the fish they sent as ive had her since she was half a inch and she is now 6 inch, but its the princeable that they have sent me a fish out that costs a third of the one i bought total rip off,like i said thanks alot for all your help much appreciated jonny.
the store is sending me a dovii free of charge and letting me keep the female jag as a gesture of good will for there mistake, superb customer service and a really nice guy long live sunderland aquatics lol
