Dovii Sexing

posted earlier about an unidentified cichlid I believe to be a dovii if it is in fact a dovii can the sex be distinguished at 8" and if so how?

you should be able too.... males with usually be bigger, with a greenish/grey/blue tone to it with lil black dots all over... the females are more vibrant and colorful

i believe male doviis are bluer/grayish, females are yellow or golden good luck

the males are usually more colourful arnt they? the females are much more duller i thought?

well my female was much more colorful than the male
