Dovii Sexing

Can anyone tell me if this Dovii is male or female? I previously believed it was male because of the black dots and blue on the gill plate, but just want to be sure. It is 6 months old and currently at 7 inches. Thanks

Is there any way to tell which strain he is from? Whether Costa Rican, Honduran, Nicaraguan?

I just learned this yesterday, Costa Ricans have more blue and a pointier mouth. Nics have a bigger jump on their head I think. I'm pretty sure mine is a Nicaraguan Dovii as for yours, but time will tell.
