dovii spawning

will dovii lay egg if male is not presant i think i have 2 females but i found eggs a little bit ago

Females sometimes lay eggs because they are egg ridden. That might be the reason, but female cichlids sometimes will lay when another female is present.

here are the two in question both females right the are 7to 8 and thi small one is 5 or 6 inches

Yeah looks like you got 2 females there. Which is good. A little easier to get the males.

Nice females man. Must be dovii egg-laying season....
