Dovii turned yellowish in color

Just wanted to ask if there has been a dovii color changed seen from it’s normal color. My Dovii of about 5 months changed its color and I’m not sure what happened..

Not very common but not completely unnatural. It just means yours has a fader gene in it that made it lose most of its natural coloration. Also don't be surprised if it regains back some of its natural color over time either. It's completely natural for a fader to lose and regain it's natural color either completely or in just spots. Here's a pic of what yours "could" look like if it stays faded and gains more of the red coloration.

Yours most likely came from someone's batch of Red Dovii. Ppl often breed em with natural colored Dovii to increase the gene pool to prevent excessive inbreeding and then just sell all the offspring that didn't fade right away.

Yup, those pics just show the fading process happening over time. Some fish just fade faster/sooner then others. Yours just happened to be a slower change that happened later in its life. Most tend to change a bit earlier but it's not too uncommon for cases like yours to happen.

I gotta say, the yellow dovii is arguably more beautiful than the normal.
