So I had a house in my tank, decor type thing, well she'd always hide but I removed that and have two flower pots in there and she's active as heck, so are they more active with less hiding spots?

My female always hides even if I take out all the hiding spots she will hide by the filter or in the bottom of the tank. My male used to hide 2 but he stays out now he is around 8 inches

my female still hides a lot and she 3 yrs old at least and 9" she is out most when she has fry
