Could you please offer some more details by answering as thoroughly as possible all the questions below?

1. What is the size of your tank?

2. What are your water parameters? State the brand of test kit used.

3. Is your aquarium set up freshwater or brackish water?

4. How long the aquarium has been set up?

5. What fish do you have? How many are in your tank? How big are they? How long have you had them?

6. Were the fish placed under quarantine period (minus the first batch from the point wherein the tank is ready to accommodate the inhabitants)?

7. What temperature is the tank water currently?

8. Are there live plants in the aquarium?

9. What filter are you using? State brand, maintenance routine and power capacity.

10. Any other equipment used (aside from heater and filter which are two very important components of the tank)?

11. Does your aquarium receive natural sunlight at any given part of the day? What is your lighting schedule (assuming you do not rely on sunlight for our viewing pleasure)?

12. When did you perform your last water change and how much water was changed? How often do you change your water? Do you vacuum the substrate?

13. What foods do you provide your fish? What is the feeding schedule?

14. What unusual signs have you observed in your fish?

15. Have you treated your fish ahead of diagnosis? If so, what treatments did you use? State your reasons for planning ahead of proper diagnosis.

Normally, cloudy eyes is a result of injuries or poor water conditions. In order for us to correct this, we need to know all the details of your tank as much as possible.

The tank is a 180g 6x2x2 which has been set up for 3yrs+ and I filter the tank with an FX5, an Otto 2000L internal power filter and a Sera L300 air powered sponge filter.
The tank is lightly stocked with only a pair of Dovii, large logs and Anubius plants. I change 20%-30% of water evey 2wks at the latest but normally every week.
I feed them vitamine enriched cat mince meat which I freeze and cut into cubes. The tanks temp is 28C and I have been using an egg crate (light diffuser) divider to separate the fish. I believe it could be due to injury but why on the inside?? This leads me to believe it's due to water quality so I started doing twice weekly water changes and washed out the sponges and baskets in the FX5 using tank water of course. I hadn't serviced the filter for some time so I thought I would clean it. I had to treat the tank recently with Melafix as the female Dovii got a bad scrape trying to sqeeze into a log she can not longer fit into. Paramenters I will measure today and post up tonight but I may buy and hook up a UV sterilizer for future peace of mind.
I removed the divider and added some Pimafix after doing a water change, I went in this morning and the male is still sluggish and hiding behind his log. He occassionally comes out to chase her away but is certainly not himself.
I use prime for all water changes and may add some extra bacterial starter to add extra benificial bacteria to the system.
