what would happen if i put 2-3 females in with my breedin pair of dovii i want to us ethe other females as a filler to the tank

The pair would more than likely shred up the other females.

I know from experience.

more than likely the pair would tear them up and kill them, or at least the female would to get rid of her competition. if they are still smaller then add some large silver dollars or a pleco or something and see if they can survive but i think thats about all you will have luck with unless your tank is like larger than 800g

^^^ agreed. Mote thanlikely the only filler fish in a breeding Dovii tank are going to be fry.

I wouldnt do it EVER, a pair will probably never let anything in there with them, what size tank do you want to try it anyway?
