Well you could go on google maps and search all of the pet stores and keep looking at random ones. Also if you know the owner of the aquarium store well, you could ask him/her to special order a dragon goby for you. Also known as Violet Goby or Dragon Eel. Make sure you have sand because they like to sift through it. Mine has an odd habit of going to the surface and blowing bubbles. Trying to find the answer!
Good luck!

in my area, most petsmart stores carry them, and are generally readily avaialble. Get your lfs to order some

I got mine at Walmart. I live in Bakersfield but I am sure your walmart could get them in if they dont have them...I bought mine, not only because I thought he was awesome, but he was starving. They had 10 of them in a 10gallon tank...He pulled through though..doing great now.. I dont do a full brackish water though. Prob hardly enough to make a difference. He is doing awesome!

Read this story about keeping mine in FW:
