Ok so I have a wholesaler here that says he can get me almost ANYTHING so I want to put him to the test, and am putting together a dream list of Cats that I want but can't get here in Canada because our boarders are RETARDED!!!

besides the obvious fish that every petshop in town can get me and what I already have from this guy, I've added Fila, jau, Gulper... what else should I try that wouldn't be TOOOOO hard for him to find and maybe I can start getting these things sold in Canada to our Canadian Members :D

Anyone have any special requests, PM me with your email address and I'll look into it as when I have mine being checked ;)

ask for a pacman catfish too! Would be impressive if the guy can get you filas and jau!

How about Platymenatichthys notatus, the ultimate catfish. Or Luciopimelodus pati, Pinirampus pirinampu, or a real P perruno. :D

Let's put him to the true test....ask for a... MEKONG CAT! hahahaha! but be careful what you wish for! coz u might just get it! (not to mention being the talk of the thread!:P)

i really wish that you werent just doing canadian MFKers cause there are about 6 dream fish that i would like, but i guess ill just wait and see what pops up in the classifieds. :irked:

actually he has a real Purreno in the store... mis-labeld... as a marble  that was a first!!

Get some pix of it, this i'd like to see, sure lot of other people would too.Be good to get pictures of them both, so we could have a thread on telling the two apart.;)

Platynematichthys notatus would be an amazing find...definitely on my "to find" list...as well as a true P. perruno. :D

I think that's a great idea. I've tried finding good pics of P. perruno to start a thread like that, but they just don't exist...and if they do exist, the shots of the dorsal rays are horrible and can't be distinguished from L. longibarbis.
