Luciocephalus will not live long in a community like this. They will either die of stress or starve if they don't die from infections caused by to high pH respectively the bacteria load caused by a pH over 5.
The most African tetras will end as snacks.
Anabas can be quite aggressiv towards other fish. And they eat like pigs. So they can outcompete the others.

That's why the Anabas and African tetras have question marks. Good to know that Luciocephalus aura won't be suitable for this community. Maybe I'll get some african brown knives or something.
