I don't have room for another aquarium stand..
actually a gallon of water weighs 8 1/3 lbs so in a filled 50gal theirs 416 1/2lbs of water plus the weight of the tank varying if its glass or acrylic so prob like 460lbs rough estimate. there are charts for these sort of things tho.
well my dresser legs are about 2 1/2 - 3 in long and maybe the same wide and the weight is equaled out to about 250lbs on each side.... idk with my luck my tank will be fully cycled and i'll have all my fish and then a week later it will break and my whole room will be water....
