drift wood... good or bad not sure.

That is good looking wood, personally to ease your mind place in bucket and add boiled water.
The only issue I have ever had with drift wood was soft wood breaks down easily...and I wouldn't use eucalyptus.
Soak soak soak and soak.....changing water and soak....and soak. Then soak.

Not sure why you think it might not be good. I never soak my wood I just rinse it very well and place in my tanks. Never had a problem but I probably more at risk at having a problem because how I do it.
