driftwood okay for p tank?

as mentioned above. is it ok to put dw's on my tank with p's? or they prefer rocks
(just setting up my tank)

they love driftwood. do it! but like rocks as well. put both! i did

Driftwood is fine for your P's. I would just soak it overnight in some aquarium salt, or you could create a ph spike if you don't

Driftwood is more than fine.
It is not essential, but they appreciate all types of cover and protection as long as they have room to swim.

all right! thank u guys! i bought 3 piece of used dw from my lfs for 9.99$
i asked the owner if i can buy the dw's in their tanks so i wont have to wash and boil them.
not only i got what i wanted, i also got it 50% cheaper.

awesome get some pics. i dont think the bogwood would necessarily cause a spike, just act as a natural buffer (depending on current pH). never had fish die from adding bogwood
