I am having a problem with the drift wood i have. I have had it submerged for the past week and it is still floating. How long of a soak does it need before it will actually sink. Is there anything i can do to speed up the process

.
One time I ordered 12- 17-23 pieces and they sent me 2 huge boxes with about 150#'s total of driftwood.
The other time I ordered 12- 13-21" pieces and they sent me 1 large box with about 80#'s of driftwood.
It's a great deal if you order by the case. Shipping was about $30 per box.
