Nice. Im working on mine. I gotta let it dry and brush it up then soak it again..
I took a tree trunk of 18" diameter from the ground to get this piece. It shall be the pride piece. It was fun removing the tree and I got me a prize..

This is a piece of root of the trunk.

It is not ready. Still gotta brush off leftover barks after it drys. Hope to use it soon

I got 5 pieces in my 190. Here's the 2 big ones... (the pleco in the pic is nearly 15")

The light colored piece was found locally (Great Lakes), and the dark piece is malaysian.
