hi guys i absolutly love the look of driftwood in the aquarium. I think i have asked this question before but is there a kind of driftwood that doesn't lower PH

Almost all wood will release Tannic acid to some degree or another. Boiling will remove quite a bit but not all. There is no wood that I am aware of that will not alter the Ph to some degree, over time this will decrease. Frequent water changes will remove the tannins and carbon will remove the color from the water. What fish are you keeping?

Just boil it and boil it until there's next to no visible tannins left and it shouldn't change the pH much. That's what I do anyway.

You can counter the ph of any driftwood by placing crushed coral or crushed oyster shells in the filters. I use crushed oyster available as chicken supplement. Its cheap.
