Driftwood

Hey everyone. A couple weeks ago my sister found this piece of wood on the beach and brought it home to see if I could use it. We've been sanding it down for the past couple of days and its starting to look really nice. Its about four feet long too. Do you guys think it would be OK to put in my aquarium? I plan on soaking it and boiling it.

Why not? it is wood....lol Do what you have already planned to do and put it in the tank. You are well aware of the effects of tannins correct?

looks like a nice piece of wood. if you soak it and boil it, it should be good. try pressure washing it also if you're afraid of putting it in your tank.
