I need some help is it possible to drill a double base fish tank it's double 10mm base in total 20mm any help will be highly appreciated

yes you can drill it. If it is not tempered. Take your time and use lots of water. Follow so of the guides you find on here and you will be fine. Dont rush it, I cant stress that enough.

Just be careful and you will be ok. Hardest part is going to be cleaning all the little glass partials from in between the 2 pieces of glass

That was my worry what if a few got stuck in there and I couldn't get them out would it cause issues and risks ?

Drill through one pane then shopvac or use any vac with a hose attached to clean up any small pieces then drill the other pane. You may get water between the panels but I don't think that would be a problem.
