  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You probably need a hole the size of a hammer, so why not just use a hammer? LOL

I think setting up with a drill press would be best, but I did mine with a cordless drill, made a ring of playdoh to hold water in on the bit and had my son pour water in while I drilled, dont push let the bit do the work

the problem with using a drill press is it is to hard to control the pressure on the glass.

Make a jig with the size of the bulkhead opening you want, do a mixture of water and anti-freeze in a squirt bottle, or if you want attach it to a airline tubing with a valve and let it drip down while you're drilling.

I have a press made for drilling glass ( it costs 500.00 ) and the diamond hole saws (100.00 to 200.00 each) . We could get together and drill them all. I'll be in Chicago on the 28th to go to the GCCA auction.
