Is there any way i can drill a return hole from my wet-dry back into my tank that is on bottom of the side of the tank without having it overflow my wet-dry if theres a power outtage?

you can put a check valve that only lets water flow one way. put theres always the chance of it going bad. why do you want to put the return on the bottom anyway? i think its safer to have it higher up in case the valve fails.

i wanted to have more water movement on bottom without having to put waterpumps

just use a check valve then. someone at the hardware store should be able to help you pick out the right one if you ask them. go to a real hardware store like ACE or something not home depot or lowes. i'm sure you'll be ok. after you install your plumbing, fill the tank up to just above the return and cut the power off to test it.

i'd definitely test it at least once a month too. when the power goes out it's definitely the wrong time to find out
it's gonna be a bigger strain on u'r pump too to push water into the already presurized bottom of u'r tank
