For those of you that have drip systems what size tank do you have and how many gallons per day do you drip? Do any of you drip warm water?

My 600 gallon is filled to about 525 gallons and as of now i drip 100 gpd cold water

I drip hot and don't need to heat my tanks

180 w/ sump + plant refugium for total of 240 gallons and I drip 40 gpd @ 78° via thermostatically controlled valve hooked to hot and cold washing machine hookups. Been running 6 months with no issues. I'm using a Filterguys carbon drip 40.

I drip about 50 gal/day cold water for a 350gal tank plus my 90 gal filter . I love it so far nitrates haven't gone above 5ppm.

650g - 6gph
500g - 6gph
450g - 4gph
300g - 4gph
230g - 2gph
230g - 2gph
200g - 2gph
180g - 2gph
90/75g stacker chained together - 2gph
60g - .5gph

i know u asked for per day but thats alot to calculate lol...all cold drip, no pre filtration. all depends on stock imo also.. but my rule of thumb is rouhly 1gph for 100gal. i start there and add more or less due to water testing/clarity.

Since my tank is in my unfinished basement im trying to decide if it would be cheaper for me to drip warm water instead of cold especially during winter

Care to elaborate on tank size and gpd drip
240, 150, 120, 100. By the time the water gets to last 3 it has cooled a lot. For that matter, by the time it gets to the 240 it has already gone 25 ft so has already cooled. I don't know for certain how much flow I have, I'm controlling with valves. I have started adding some cold water and by late summer I will be doing about 75% cold
