I just noticed one of my silver arrowana's eyes was slightly tilted downwards. It's my first arrowana and I had it for a couple of months now so I really don't have much experience with them(I'm a major ciclid fan). Is droop eye a huge problem?

No not a problem...there's been lots of discussion on Drop eye or DE do a search and you can read lots about it.
