Drop Eye

As my aro grows it is easier to notice the slight drop in its right eye. I do not have a lot of expierience with aros. Will the drop get worse when the fish grows larger? Does diet really have anything to do with it? or maybe the cause is its concentrated on the fish swimming below. Any info would be appreciated. thankyou.
 
This opens a big can of worms, no one really knows what causes it, what cures it, and makes it worse/better. I've heard tons of things, but IMO the one i believe the most is that it is due to a shallow gene pool. I'm sure others disagree, but i think if you buy a silver you might as well expect droop eye:(
