Check water parameters. Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH. What is the diet?

A good treatment is a 30 min bath of 1 teaspoon of meth blue per 5 gallons of water, 1/4 teaspoon of epsom salt and a ten gallon dose of Kanamycin per 5 gallons of water (double in tank dosage).

Amonia-0.25,nitrite-0,nitrate-no test kit,PH7.2. Diet-market prawn. WC Every day 15%. So my aro is having dropsy illness? Tnks very y much

I didn't say it had dropsy you did. I just gave you a way to treat it if it did. I think your issue is an uncycled aquarium. A cycled tank should show no ammonia. Do a large water change and use some seachem prime/safe or equivalent. Also get some seeded filter media or seachem stability to help build some beneficial bacteria in your tank. Do daily water changes until the tank is cycled and don't add any additional fish. Also make sure you remove any uneaten shrimp as that can also add to an ammonia spike if allowed to sit too long.
