I'm taking some antibiotics for a injury I suffered yesterday to my thumb with a table saw. Its pretty gruesome not sure you want to see picts needed 12 stitches. Anyways my dad gave me some antibiotics he had so I didn't need to fill the subscription I got. Well I notice Exp Date had passed. I found some of the same antibiotics I had in my cabinet Exp 2004. I wanted to know if antibiotics really go bad after the Expired date so I did a search and found an article from the Harvard Medical School website the 90% of 100 prescribed and over the counter drugs are still 100% effect after 15 years. So don't throw away those expired antibiotics there still good..
