Please post water perameters ammonia, nitrite, nitrate Ph and hardness. Lower the temperature to 75. Don't use rubbing alcohal on the fish. In the mean time do a 50% water change and dose aquarium salt (not epsom salt) at 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water. Once you post perameters I'll tell you which meds will work best. I don't know your location.
