how fast does it grow i was gonna buy some then i noticed it in my tank it must ahve hichhicked. i have like 4-6 little plants of them how long till have a good poration of my 75g covered i really like duck weed and my p bass love crover at the top :)

it will be completely covered in a couple weeks probably with good lighting, it gets annoying when it drys on the glass if you have water movement, but its really cool stuff, especially the ones with the longer roots

yea i have a small rapids mini canster for mech and it poots out a lot surface flow :) i'm gonna buy a bit more when i got to pet store :)

Duckweed will block light. Once you have it, it's a pain to get rid of. Don't do it.

i'll get rid of some when need but i'm willing to have to work to help my fish fell comfortable. instead of geting duck weed i got a tiger dat i'm so bad with money......:lol2:

Duck weed and other similar floating plants are great for algae control if you don't have any high light plants. It sucks up nutrients like crazy, blocks light, and gets its CO2 from the air, so you don't need any extra equipment for it to grow well.

oh well i like it and i hope my new dat will too :) he is eating in the bag...lol

bumpdey bump bump :)!

i got some water lettuce when i got my new light i have already tossed one of those rubbermaid dish washing pans full to my roommate because it covered the top of my tank
