well i have 4 largemouth bass in my 400 gallon.. I was wondering if it would be dumb to add some bichirs in there. I was doing some info on them they are amazing and i would like to own one :) please help, would be greatly appreciated! Also i'm new to this so please don't laugh at me.

yah that would be not the best idea. When the bass are small the bichir would eat them or if the bass are bigger they would definitely eat the bichir

Bichir = bass food. Seriusly, I've caught LMB on grubs that weren't much smaller than they were. Theyll attempt to eat anything. I once saw one with half of a pike sticking out of his mouth. Just couldn't get it all down at once.

No unless you have a Florida subspecies Largemouth the temp differences would cause one of them to end up getting sick regardless of their sizes.

yea theyre from different temperature zones and its not a good idea to cross a tropical fish with a coldwater/semi tropical fish but some ppl still do it u just gota work out a few things o and thats a massive tank!!
