Durso stand pipe

Hey if the water in my overflow box keeps going up and down does it mean that I have to drill a bigger hole on top? Or how can I solve this problem.

I've solved that by making it a bit bigger. Is it gurgling a bit too, like rushing all at once?

Yea and the water level goes up and down..is there a way where i can make it stabe?

Make the hole a bit bigger. That solved the exact same issue when I set a tank up with Durso standpipes.

It will always happen when you set up a standpipe unless you are extremely lucky. I always start by drilling a tiny hole, and slowly step up the size of the hole one drill bit size at a time. It can be a pain to get it dialed in, but with a bit of patience, you'll nail it.
