My Dusky Sleeper is not feeling well he has a swollen (anus) I don't know if thats the right term but it's the hole he goes to the bathroom out of. It's puffy and white - it's like his insides are coming out?

Sounds like a prolapse. Any pics of this? Adding epsom salt may usually help in this case although there are cases where euthanasia is required if the fish appears not recovering after a few days.
Thanks, I think that was it. My local fish store sold me antibiotic and he actually started looking better then died. Poor Butch RIP I really liked him. I am looking for another now.
