Hey everybody,
Didn't get much feedback on the last two threads on the dusseldorf aquazoo so hopefully this will generate more. Took me a while to post this up coz i've been in bed with the flu. Saved the best to last. Definitely my fav. of the aquazoo.
This thing is CRAZY. Its a cave fish. It has no eyes. There was about 5 or 6 of them in the tank. And as you can see its pitch black except for a small ray of light shinging through the tank. Took me ages to wait for one of them to swim into the light
This sturgeon was about 2 and a half feet long. There was about 8 of them in the tank
Sturgeons were being kept by with these. This was a FAT fish.
This was a pic of a beaty of a aro. He wouldn't come out of the deark it Was a MONSTER. Almost 3 feet in length and THICK. i mean like 3 to 4 inches thick. Fat bastard.
This was also in the tank with the aro
As well as this channa pleuthero(sp?)
Dunno what this is
I think this was a salamander. But was a GIANT. Was about 4 feet in length.
Smaller one
The following fishwere in the same tank and thought of MFK when i took them. This black pacu was a GIANT Futha Mucka. Maybe about 2 and a half feet and thick as well.
For you red tail fans out there:
Fat momma. 3 feet long. Beatiful.
Another shot of the pacu
While i was watching him swim around he took a ****. Nasty ass.
This is the tank that they were in. As you can see there are a couple of monster arows in there but i couldn't take a clear foto of them.
Some of you may know i love snakeheads. The main reason i wanted to go was coz i heard some where that they had nice channa's.
Well here they are:
This dood kept swimming up to me when i got close to the tank with my camera. Think he's got an earth worm in his mouth:
one of the snakeheads there was eating this HUGE earth worm that the others were trying to get from it. Half the worms was hanging out its mouth and the other half was hanging out the gills. Is that normal?
Anyways one of the nicest tanks in there was this plant tank with tetras and all that stuff. It was about 20 to 25 feet long.
Hard for me to take the whole thing at once coz it was curved. But i took several fotos and put them together in photoshop.
