Hi everyone,
My name is Desire, but please call me Dee.
I am a Dutch housewife of almost 29 and the somewhat proud owner of 2 aquaria. My "big" tank is a 360 liter aquael, where I keep my Mbuna cichlids. In there i have 4 elongatus, 4 cerealeus yellow and 7 afra lions cove mbuna's. There are also 2 red acara's swimming along with these guys, but I have had no issues with fighting, as the acara's are both girls. Then there are my 4 left over convicts, also known as zebra cichlids. Those little nasty monsters just had their first brood so it is time for them to leave and find a special home just for them. My afra lions cove just had their first brood too, but only one fry survived. The elongatus is now swimming around with her mouth full of fry, so hopefully some of those will survive too. In this tank I also have 2 cirhorrus and one elfenwels. It is not a traditional cichlid tank, as I have plants in there as well.
Then I have a little aquael nano, 31.5 liter tank, in there I have 8 galaxy rasbora and 10 espei, along with some blood red snails and some crystal red shrimp.
To add to the minor zoo going on here I also have 2 cats and a Rottweiler.
Well, that's me, I hope I can get all the info and ideas here that I am looking for, because at the end of the day I want a really big tank, but that is probably not considered big by you guys....lol.
If you have any questions about me, my tank or my fish feel free to ask!
