Dutch tropheus tank

Hi everybody, This is my betonplex fish tank with a sump. The system has a 1000 liter in it. The fish that swim in it are :

17 tropheus red chipimbi f1
5 vittatus
uncounteble multies ( i never should have put them in their arghh the horror )

The lighting is 15 led tube lights 3 red 3 blue and 9 white leds + 4 t8 lighting

Do you use real stone work in that tank? It looks really great but how heavy it is?

Very nicely done!!! I love the job you did with the rocks and sand. They look great with the algae growth. It's a shame the plants weren't able to survive the fish.

Yeah its all real, and some of them are very heavy. My boyfriend hurt his back while carying 1 of the first massive stones. So i needed to do the rest of the 300+ kilo of stones

The ones at the back and right side are the heavyest and the bottem stone that makes the really big pillar are so heavy that i just put them in the tank and didnt move them. Im a girl and i dont have much muscle power haha.

My boyfriend couldnt help me because of his back

But im really happy with the outcome.

The tank is 180 by 80 bij 70 and the water lvl is around 63 a 64 cm.

Ii think theirs around 350 + kilo rocks in it The stones are Nero Imperial and old stones from my 1 meter tanganyika tank. ( that i sold already )

So all on all the tank + stands weight around a wopping 1000 kilo+

This is the first time i have a big tank like this and in a few weeks, my boyfriend and his uncle are gonna make the outerbody of the fish tank. I hope this will make my fishtank even more beautifull.
