Today I was at the petstore and I saw a snake I have never heard of before. It was called a dwarf asian anaconda and I didnt get a very good look at it but it was in the water. The people that worked there knew nothing about it. I know it isn't an anaconda but I am really interested in it. Has anyone heard of these before? If so how big do they get, and any husbandry advice for them would be awesome. If it sounds good to me I just may have to go get one.

I've never heard of it and neither has Google. You might want to see if the people at the store have any info.
I did love the sales tactic with it putting anaconda in the name. The people at the store were no help they were clueless. I have been looking around on the internet now for awhile and I think it is a dog-faced water snake. So any info on these?
If I was to make a purchased, don't think I can really trust the quality of any stores that knows nothing about the animals they carry.
