Will a dwarf frog be okay in my 35 gallon tall tank? I've read that they don't do well in tall tanks because they live in shallow waters in the wild.

I would think tall would be ok, as long as you have some tall decor in your tank, they like to lounge in fake plants in my experience. You'll have more problems with your heater, they will love to sit on and under your heater untill they cook themselves. Also the water should be pretty still as they get blown around really easy.
You'll have the most problems getting food to them, any fish will eat all the food long before the frog gets the idea (I used blood worms and tweezers untill they all cooked themselves).
Lastly if you do this, get yourself a males and females and they will sing for you, it's a really pretty noise.

Thanks for the help! I think I'll set up a smaller 10 or 15 gallon tank just for frogs and maybe a couple peacock gudgeons and an upside-down cat.
