To complete my bottom fish collection, I'm adding a Dwarf Goonch Catfish. Can I have some advice? I might also add a mid water fish, I'll add a target fish.

The very existence of the "dwarf" is in question. There may actually be no such thing. Chix and I are starting to doubt their existemce all together. If they do we rarely ever get them in the hobby. That being said if you find one that actually turns out to be a dwarf you wojld be an extreamly lucky person. Just male sjre its eating as people often stunt the growth of these fish causing identification confusion and the fish to never achieve its proper size or growth rate.

Yep. Reading threads like this one and the ones linked in there should be helpful to you, mate - http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=39233#p268186 - if you'd like to learn about the ID issues.

As for the care - post pics of your fish and those who are knowledgeable will tell you how they care for theirs.

As others had said, its a gamble and a half and if you wanna try I suggest setting up a 200-250 ga as a growout
