sorry if this is a re-post....would i be able to keep 2 dwarf gouramis in a 29 gallon tank (with other fish and plants) with out them killing each other?

Yep, with adequate cover. What other fish do you have in there? Species compatibility should be checked out too.
there will be glofish, glass catfish, cory catfish, Kuhli loaches and maybe a snail or some other small algea eater.
I don't see a problem with all those fish. On the algae eater, stick with otos. If you see CAEs, you should certainly avoid them at all costs.
