Dwarf puffers have what looks like detritus on them?

sorry I couldn’t get a better picture, but I noticed a few of my dwarf puffers have this detritus looking thing on them, it wasn’t ich because I’ve had them awhile, nothing else in the tank has them and it’s not on it’s fins, hey show no real signs of illness aside from the spots. It almost looks like a skin tag, I suspect it to be a fungal infection

I feel I net them then you can’t see it, it is super super tiny, but it looks more like a grayish than a white and like I said it doesn’t make look like cotton, it just looks like a piece of detritus hanging onto them, if you look at the one in the top right on it’s stomach and you zoom in you can see what I’m talking about

See something there but it’s blurred out even more when I zoom in. Maybe someone got better eyes than me.
