Not if he is a she! I rarely buy fish online, but you could try Aquabid. Also try Petsmart, they used to carry them.

Do a google search, theres a site that comes up in the 1st few hits that carry some and the shipping isnt that bad either. They dont carry them in an LFS near you? My LFS has a tank full of them about the size of your pinky nail. Really cute, I was almost tempted to buy some.

I got three from wal mart bagged them myself and told the lady the price was 2.00 . Bam 6 dollars 3 puffers. And I got two sailfin mollies for 4 bucks. All are eating and healthy in quarantine right now
