I was digging around on craigslist today and saw this.

Not a bad price :D Based on those measurements it's around 2,157 gallons.

The aquarium section is only around 40 gallons though

Yeah, for $25,000 I'd build a 300 gallon (dream tank) and call it a day. I wonder if the larger part could hold water? That's a pretty high tank.

He had arboreal snakes in there, think it was large boas?
 
I wonder how long till they can sell it... coz honestly its such a specialized setup, and the cabinet design etc really needs to match the new owners decor, again imo, limiting potential buyers...
 
Lol good luck to him. I remember that episode, the self contained fish part was like 100 gals or something and had abiout 20 American cichlids in it. Even the snake enclosure looked too small for what was supposed to be the snakes special dream home. Should have scrapped the water part or made it open into the snake area for more room.

This one just like that phone booth one will be a pain in the ass to get rid of considering it has special maintenance requiremeents
