DYING ELONGATUS

I ORDERED FROM AQUASCAPE YESTERDAY IT ARRIVED TODAY 2PM, AS SOON AS I PUT HIM IN THE TANK THE ELONG WAS REALLY WEAK AN CAN BARELY SWIM........... AN HOUR LATER HE STOPPED MOVING AND NOW FLOATING SIDEWAYS BUT WEAKLY BREATHING

I am not familiar with their Terms, but most of us vendors only guarantee up until you open the bag. Once you open the bag they are your baby. Unfortunately we can not check your water parameters or know what you mixed them with as far as other fish go. Some people drop fish directly in their tank and the fish goes into shock.

Was the water Blue it may have had calmer or a mild sedative in it which would cause them to act funny until it wears off.

even before the tank, the fish is already acting funny, was sideways when i opened it

I don't know b/c like N-C Cichilds said, most of them have a DOA until you take 'em out of the bag. Call and talk to Alex though, it wont hurt...
