My friend has just brought a tank and the tubing\bulkhead is not the desired colour (it is white they would preffer black) is there any aquarium safe dying technique or paint product would be able to change this?

thanks for any information given once again MFK! Looking forward to hearing you reply's (:

There most likely is. Google search it. That's most I can give cuz I never used bulkheads or anything like that.......yet. Why couldnt he just go get a black one and put it on instead of painting it.

+1. kensfish sells these in black and for good prices. If its a money issue, then use Krylon Fusion spray paint.

Krylon Fusion for plastics is an often used spray paint for inside the aquarium but I don't know if it's available in the U.K. It's usually cheaper to paint them then to buy new fittings.

i had a white downpipe (PVC) which i didnt like.. i sprayed black with a spraycan of typical touch up black from hardware and let dry for a day its been in tank for a year no dramas
