can it be done? Is it done? Have u done it? Would u do it? Is it ok to a certain size? And ultimately how dangerous do u see a e-eel as being? Ive read they can knock u out but is there more danger than that?

Electric Eel is a loner fish no tankmates pls as death sentence by current is normal in my tank !feeder goldfish big plecos sucker fish also R I P always i try many tankmates even same size eel fight to death sometimes.Onion01;1979869; said:

I recently saw a video on national geographic that shows an electric eel stunning an aligator, the thing is huge, though the gator is propbably only a couple years old, do you want something that can eat something that could eat you? Theres certain Syno cats that are able to handly shocks don't know if they can handle ones as powerful as an E eel gives off other problem is i don't know if they get big enough to avoid being food wouldn't be supprised
